This incredibly stylish African animal batik wall hanging is handmade and hand painted with beautiful colors. The wall hanging is made out of sturdy 100% barkweave cotton and is colorfast so it can be safely washed without having the colors run or get damaged. The highly stylized elephant and baby designs on the hand painted and handmade batik is beautifully rendered. Size is 37 inches wide x 58 inches long and is oriented vertically for hanging on a wall.
This is not your usual mass produced, poor quality batik wall hanging made by low-skilled factory workers. The batik wall hanging is laboriously handmade and hand painted by a talented group of African artisans and craftspeople using nothing but traditional skills and techniques. The end result speaks for itself - it is an extremely well-made batik wall hanging!
Also, there is maybe a chance of some extremely minor cosmetic scuff marks and wrinkles due to being kept a long time. The batiks can be safely hand or machine washed at room temperature which should take care of any such issues.
