The natural wear on this wheel further proves that this wheel is 100% antique. This wheel appears to have been made with 2 halves joined together by square sections making it even more interesting. Also the pickets on this wheel appear to be brass. As you can see this is a 2 sided wheel with the pickets in different sections, when building a mount for this wheel that would be something to consider but with the right ingenuity you could really come up with something very clever.
