Hilario was taught by his father (who is 99 years) and grandmother, who unfortunately has passed.
Metepec in the State of Mexico, where the family lives and continues to work on beautiful pieces of art. Once a wetland and farmland, the city over took the area. Hilardo and his family have been one of the families who have continued to work the ancient art.
Hilardo has been working with clay since he was a little boy. He has had 45 years perfecting his
incredible ceramic art.
Hilardo has won many awards for his delicate and gorgeous art.
The heart has beautiful flowers and very delicate butterflies attached to the heart with wires.
The heart is very colorful (a fire red color) and beautifully painted.
Some hearts are not as red but are almost identical.
The heart can be hung inside your home or in a garden.
