    When power was applied, this item ran very smoothly.  When the foot pedal is depressed and the two side safety buttons (each end of the yellow rectangular box) held in, the two clamp-holding cylinders hole the object in place and the blade automatically comes down and makes a nice clean cut.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
