FABULOUS CARVED PURPLE DRAGON
This beautiful dragon has striking detailed painting and a beautiful intricate carving.   It stands approximately 7 1/2" long  and 9" wide.  Parts are removable.   This great piece  would be a wonderful addition to any collection.  Alebrijes are Mexico's fantastic, imaginative figures - they are often called "creatures of the dreams and the imagination".  They are hand-carved and hand-painted  of copal wood in Central Mexico where I travel to choose interesting , high quality pieces at  economical prices.
