    Detroit Red Wings Legend,  Gordie Howe, "Mr. Elbows" shown on the December 1967 cover of Michigan Sportscene magazine with the RARE addition of "Mr Elbows" which he rarely does.
    Note this is also the Christmas edition of this magazine.  To complete package, you should also watch eBay for the whole magazine that this photo came from and display them both together.  This cover is from a very famous painting by Joseph Maniscalco and has been used on many Howe objects!  The magazine is a treasure of vintage Red Wings/Howe items...loaded with RARE pictures of Gordie, and article by Jack Adams comparing Gordie against each of Hockey's greatest stars, and vintage ads. The back cover has an awesome ad of the Ford Torino and the inside back cover has an amazing photo of the Ford GT Sports Car that became the FIRST American car to ever win the 24-hour LeMans Gran Prix...and then did it the following year back-to-back...awesome and RARE Magazine
