DESCRIPTION
Nice Vintage hand woven cloth IVORY COAST / Côte d'Ivoire ( Bondoukou town ) West Africa.
This is a " Woman size " cloth and measures 53" ( 134 cm ) x 39" ( 99 cm ).
The cloth is in very good condition with only minor stains, minor running and some wear due to usage and age. Please see photos.
Ivory Coast cloth that is hand woven on a horizontal treadle loom.
The strips are sewn together into larger pieces of cloths.
In present days is still used as a cloth in Ivory Coast but is also used by collectors of fine woven cloths and artifacts as Wall hanging , sofa or bed covering !
A real piece of Authentic African art !
The coin shown in the photo is approximately 20 mm in diameter that is similar to the size of 1 USA cent or 10 Euro cent or 1 UK Penny.
