This is a fantastic gaming table from the Late 1800's / Early 1900’s. It was operated on a river boat that was ported in Beardstown Illinois. When river boat gaming was shut down, this roulette table went to the local VFW in Beardstown. The owner we got it from purchased it from the VFW in the 1970s and has had it in climate controlled storage ever since. The wheel is a Full size 31" Roulette Wheel made by Mason & Company of Newark NY. The wheel comes with a wooden storage box that has Breadstown I’ll. and a address written on the box. We can not make out the full address. The Heavy Wooden Claw Foot Table has a number 1115 on the bottom of the foot. We do not know what company madev the table The wooden table and trim has it’s original finish. The table measures 97" long & 43" wide. There is a extension part of the table, that adds another 19" in width, to the wheel end of the table. This is the area where the dealer works. There is a Wooden locked cash box in a sliding drawer, on the dealer side of the table, that was pulled out to deposit money for safe keeping. The cash box would be swapped when full or shift change. The table also comes with and tray that holds 500 clay chips at a time. It comes with over a thousand clay chips. The ball and marker are not original but come with the table. The table has been recovered, we still have the original worn tattered covering, which could be put back on it, if you want the table in original condition. The original covering is rolled up and stored in a tube. It will come with the table. The the table has brass leveling pads on each leg that can be adjusted to level the table. This is the ultimate man cave item and will make an astonishing addition to any vintage gambling or gaming collection. The table can easily be disassembled and reassembled.
