New - Tory Ladies Belt - Size 26 - Brown Web w/ Leather Stops

This is a brand new belt from Tory which is designed like a pair of web reins. It is a size 26. Color is brown and has leather stops like you find on a pair of web reins. (see photos)
Width of the belt is just shy of an inch and closer to 15/16ths. Total length of the belt end to end is approximately 32 inches.  Buckles are made of brass.  (see photos)
