    Noble Outfitters 38" snaffle belt, brown. Shipped with USPS First Class. I got this new from Dover a year ago, thought I ordered a 32" (it measures 38" on the tightest hole), tried this on and it was too big so I never wore it again. It's never been outside our house. No indentations on belt holes and it adjusts from 38" (tightest hole) to 42" (last hole) with room to probably punch one more hole to make it looser than 42". Cute snaffle bit decor all around. If it fit, I wouldn't be selling it - I'd be wearing it!
