Rare opportunity to own this unusual kinetic pull toy by master carver Isidoro Cruz. The piece is signed. The rabbit “hops” as it is pulled!
The wheels are crude and don’t move easily but truly this is considered a work of art versus a toy.
Cruz is a legend in the world of Oaxaca carvings and no collection is complete without one of his masterpieces. His passing in 2015 makes his art difficult to acquire as those who have them are reluctant to part with them.
