Pretty tropical scene of a girl walking past a palm tree done in Popotillo (a mexican folk art style)
It is signed by Arturo Hernandez the famous straw artist from Puerto Vallarta Mexico.
Please don't be discouraged by my pitiful picture-taking efforts - Pale greens, golds and oranges make this a pretty scene.
Under glass on  a black mat framed in a clearly homemade wood frame done into a faux bamboo style.  The frame itself has scratches and discoloration. The mat and artwork appear to be in perfect condition.
Title, signature and provenance are cleared legible in white on the bottom.
