These belonged to LTC Francis Cutler 1927-2018 MACV Armor Advisor. I’m still researching him but he lived locally to where I grew up in NJ. He did multiple tours with the 4th ID HHC. BoS was armor but based on some of the pieces in the grouping & his obituary I think he may have been involved in Comms. He was stationed at Fort Huachuca and retired out of and continued to work as civilian at Fort Monmouth.
