    From 1950's, I believe, A PAIR OF TROJAN STYLED HORSE SALT & PEPPER SHAKERS (photos will add to my description). . .Rusty-colored-orange painted, roached manes, decorative paint-brush swishes on both sides ~ tried to get overall photos of the bodies' crazing, hard to do. Oddly, this is a definite pair of salt & peppers, but
    'JAPAN'
    stamped in different sizes/styles on them?. Stand approx 1-7/8 in. high to curve of mane. Approx 2-1/8 in. in length. Tailless, both sets of legs conjoined, orig cork stoppers.
