VINTAGE RARE BLACK BAKELITE 14" ROULETTE CASINO WHEEL BY ROTTGAMES NY USA .  It shows light wear, no chips or cracks, some tape glue.  The wheel moves freely but is slightly bent and rubs on one spot.  2 of the 5 metal diamonds are missing.
Please see pictures for details and true description of the item.  The base measures 14" diameter x 3 3/8" tall.  The wheel is 8" diameter x 1 3/4" tall and the set weighs 7 pounds 4.1 ounces.
