    Description

    Fantastic carved wooden and painted airplane and helicoptor folk art lot.  There are 3 pieces. They feature traditional Mexican / South American folk art graphics.  All hand painted.  The estate that these came from lived in Mexico City from the 1940's until the late 60's. I believe this dates to that post-war period. I have a few other planes that came from the same collection.
    Measurements are in the photos.
    Some wear from age and display. Some cracking to the underside paint.  See pictures.
    Such a whimsical design!  The top has a floral motif. The windows show the passengers.  The larger helicopter has a rooster design on one end. Truly one of a kind folk art display pieces.
